Application
To get the best results from your Weedmat Pins, follow these professional tips:
- Placement: Space your staples approximately 500mm to 1m apart along the edges and seams of your weedmat for a secure, flat finish.
- Overlapping: When joining two rolls of fabric, overlap the edges by at least 100mm and pin through both layers simultaneously.
- Planting: Pin the weedmat securely before cutting “X” shaped holes for your plants. This prevents the fabric from fraying or lifting during the planting process.
- Finishing: Once the mat is pinned, cover immediately with 50-100mm of Premium Bark or Decorative Stones to protect the pins and prevent UV degradation of the fabric.
