Installation Advice
For the best results and system longevity, follow these professional mounting tips:
- Base Preparation: Ensure the ground is compacted and level. We recommend a 50mm base of No.2 Paving Sand or GAP7 for maximum stability.
- Airflow Clearance: Place your pad at least 100mm-200mm away from the wall (check your unit’s manual) to allow for optimal rear airflow and defrost drainage.
- Vibration Damping: For ultra-quiet operation, place rubber mounting feet or “waffle pads” between the unit and the concrete pad.
